Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tester, Benefit Configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Completes benefit configuration testing for new client implementations and changes to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Maintains understanding of claims adjudication systems to test configurations that meet client expectations
• Participates in process improvement initiatives and contributes to departmental training materials

Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimal experience and/or training to begin learning skills and processes of the role
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
