We’re seeking a Demo Solutions Manager who can own and optimize our demo environments. You will collaborate closely with RevOps, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure our demo environments are consistently showcasing the latest product innovations and delivering a clear, compelling story.

Your Responsibilities
Demo Tenant Strategy & Roadmap
Develop and own the strategic vision for demo tenants.
Maintain a clear demo tenant roadmap that balances near-term sales needs with long-term objectives.
Content Creation & Maintenance
Develop standardized demo scripts, narratives, and storylines that highlight the product’s value propositions and key differentiators.
Work with Product Marketing and Product teams to keep the demo environment and supporting collateral (videos, decks, etc.) fresh, relevant, and on-brand.
Demo Infrastructure Ownership
Oversee the technical infrastructure of demo environments, ensuring they remain up to date, secure, and accessible for internal teams.
Collaborate with product development and engineering for infrastructure support, maintenance, and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales to understand their needs and collect continuous feedback on effectiveness.
Work with Product Marketing to align demos with core messaging, market positioning, and competitive differentiators.
Coordinate with RevOps to ensure that the demo tenant request process reflects current messaging, positioning, and top use cases.
Collaborate with Training/Enablement teams to deliver best practices for demo execution to internal teams and partners.
Process & Governance
Manage and improve the end-to-end process for requesting, customizing, and delivering demos across the organization.
Track metrics to measure demo effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement
Gather feedback from the field, analyze usage data, and monitor new product releases to keep demos current and compelling.
Experiment with new demo formats (e.g., interactive videos, self-guided tours) and adopt innovative solutions to enhance the overall demo experience.
What we look for in you
3–5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Solutions Engineering roles.
Proven project management skills with the ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives to on-time completion.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting demo updates and training sessions.
Demonstrable success in content strategy, translating technical features into value-focused stories and visuals.
Business-level fluency in English.
Bonus Points
Previous experience directly enabling Sales teams in a SaaS environment.
Additional language skills (e.g., German).
Agile or Scrum certification.
