As an Experienced Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating successful transactions, and leveraging your industry expertise to close deals efficiently. Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • List and market properties effectively using digital marketing, MLS, and social media strategies.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses for potential buyers.
  • Negotiate contracts, contingencies, and pricing terms to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, real estate regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, and title companies to ensure seamless transactions.

Requirements:

  • Active real estate license in Illinois.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of successful closings and client satisfaction.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, MLS platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for showings and meetings.
