The Sr. Account Executive (Hunter) at Bahwan Cybertek Group will be responsible for driving new business development through proactive outreach and relationship building with prospective clients within assigned vertical — Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Oil & Gas, or Fintech. This role requires a strategic approach to identify target markets, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term customers. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of success in sales and a strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles. You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through close, targeting enterprise customers with cutting-edge SaaS, AI, cloud, and infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at targeted accounts.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts and promotional strategies.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Leverage CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and maintain accurate records of opportunities.
- Collaborate with SDRs, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Product Sales Specialists to build tailored solutions.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline and accurate forecast using our CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and virtual summits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-10 years of successful sales experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in the IT or digital transformation sector.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close new business.
- Experience selling SaaS, cloud, AI, or infrastructure solutions.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques and complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of your assigned vertical’s challenges and ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
