Account-Based Marketing Manager

The Account-Based Marketing Manager will lead the strategic design and execution of targeted account-based marketing initiatives aimed at replacing competitors within Spanish listed companies and the BSFI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. You will closely collaborate with sales teams, driving pipeline growth and ensuring sales-qualified leads (SQLs) through highly targeted campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic ABM plans tailored specifically to high-value accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify key target accounts, understanding their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives including personalized outreach, content development, webinars, events, and digital campaigns.
  • Oversee campaign performance, measuring and optimizing results to maximize ROI.
  • Co-ordinate and manage the work of Content Marketing Specialist to ensure creation and distribution of compelling, account-specific marketing materials.
  • Manage the work of the Marketing Assistant for Spain for events, webinars and SEO/SEM for the webpages.
  • Provide clear communication and regular reporting to senior stakeholders, demonstrating progress towards targets.
  • Continually refine account targeting strategies based on campaign insights and market developments.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a minimum of 2 years specifically in ABM, ideally within SaaS, technology, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of executing successful ABM campaigns that directly influence pipeline growth.
  • Excellent understanding of account segmentation, personalized campaign development, and stakeholder mapping.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements.
  • Exceptional project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to collaborate effectively with sales and cross-functional teams.
