SUMMARY
The Product & Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of product and customer marketing, including product positioning, retention strategies and tactics, sales enablement and customer engagement. This role is the glue that binds our Product, Sales, Customer and Marketing departments and bridges the gap between the problems our customers face and the solutions Avetta offers. You will be the product evangelist and play an integral role in organising product launches and feature releases. The Product & Customer Marketing Manager will develop, activate and optimise programs to empower our Sales and Customer teams to be successful. Attention to detail, and an eye for quality will be critical to your success.
This role requires residing within commutable distance to our Sydney or Newcastle office and would offer a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days work from home).
