What you'll do

• Lead the AI marketing revolution – Drive customer acquisition through AI-powered demand generation that most marketers only dream about using
• Master AI-enhanced campaigns – Own paid media across platforms with advanced AI-driven bidding and automation that delivers measurable ROI
• Create content at unprecedented scale – Use sophisticated AI tools to produce high-impact content across blogs, social channels, and email campaigns, in our own tone of voice, that passes AI detection.
• Become a visible thought leader – Develop your personal and our company’s brand presence through compelling video and social content that positions you as an AI marketing authority
• Craft the narrative of AI's future – Work with our Leadership Team to develop thought leadership that shapes industry conversations
• Build marketing systems that learn – Develop intelligent HubSpot workflows and automation that continuously improve through AI
• Pioneer AI growth experiments – Design and execute marketing tests that harness real-time AI analysis for rapid iteration
• Transform marketing through engineering collaboration – Work with our Engineers to build custom AI solutions for audience segmentation and personalization
• Reinvent the sales-marketing relationship – Use AI insights to create seamless handoffs and conversion opportunities
• Own the numbers that matter – Take full control of marketing ROI tracking and analytics to demonstrate clear business impact
• Create memorable in-person experiences – Plan and execute events enhanced by AI insights (nice-to-have)
• Build a community of AI enthusiasts – Nurture an engaged community around our brand and vision (nice-to-have)

What you bring

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with advanced AI marketing tools beyond ChatGPT
• The ability to create exceptional content with AI assistance while maintaining your creative voice
• Confidence and charisma on video for creating engaging content across platforms
• Expertise in optimizing paid acquisition, SEO, and conversion rates
• A data-driven mindset focused on improving key metrics like CAC, LTV, and funnel efficiency
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot for building intelligent workflows
• Understanding of AI-powered marketing analytics and automation
• A talent for working quickly, iterating rapidly, and finding automation opportunities
• Experience planning marketing events (nice-to-have)
• Community building and management skills (nice-to-have)
