Be part of our colorful and motivated customer service team and contribute to the professional phone support of our private customers by coordinating appointments for our 70 branches in France. With your support you will help to continuously improve our service quality.

Your Role:

  • Customer Engagement: Drive sales through proactive B2C calls, engaging customers to understand their needs and coordinate branch evaluation visits;
  • Problem Solving: Identify needs, clarify issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • Customer Delight: Go beyond expectations to enhance customer experiences.

Your Skills:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken French; Intermediate English skills.
  • Communication Excellence: Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in repetitive environments with a methodical approach.
  • Experience: Background in Telesales, Customer Service with product placement or Collections, outbound calls
  • Will be considered a plus: a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
