Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Auto Subrogation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect outstanding balances and provide necessary documentation
• Negotiate claims' resolution with insurance carriers, attorneys, and responsible parties
• Maintain minimum account work standards and escalate high-risk customer accounts as needed

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of third-party collections and/or subrogation experience required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate settlements
• Dependable with a focus on customer service
• Critical thinker with strong organizational skills
