Our team of 10+ is now looking for a Head of Partnerships to join as a founding member of the Commercial Partnerships team.
This role works directly with the co-founders, reports to the COO, and has the potential to grow into an executive position overseeing partnerships, commercial operations and business development.

Your Responsibilities
- Be immersed in the scene—build and expand relationships with the most in-demand hospitality, wellness, and experience providers
- Build and lead a partnerships team which sets a new standard for supplier partnerships across multiple geographies—securing exclusive access and preferential treatment for Aurora members, whilst generating meaningful commercial upside
- Build and own Aurora’s playbook for sourcing, nurturing, and scaling premium supplier relationships.
- Contribute to Aurora’s product development—work cross-functionally with Aurora’s operations and product teams to ensure our partnerships translate into a seamless, high-leverage in-app experience
- Procure market-leading intelligence—recruit key domain experts & insiders as you build a proactive pipeline of supplier insights, ensuring Aurora stays ahead of the market
- A master relationship builder—someone who instinctively knows how to win trust and long-term partnerships with the most sought-after venues and suppliers
- Deeply embedded in at least one vertical—whether it’s top-tier restaurants, nightlife, wellness, private clubs, or high-end experiences—with an ability to expand your network
- Adept at structuring deals which create mutual value—for example, ensuring our suppliers benefit from the business we procure whilst securing market-leading access and treatment for our members
- Equally strategic and hands-on—able to shape & execute a multi-city partnerships strategy whilst personally maintaining touch on key relationships
- An outright owner—you’re empowered by high-growth environments which offer the autonomy and ownership to build and iterate rather than follow playbooks and rules
- Unapologetically curious—you’re obsessed with finding out the truth and always go a level deeper, especially when it’s not the easy or obvious route
