Job Description

Join our team as a Junior Sales Manager, where you'll help drive hotel revenue by building relationships, securing bookings, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. This is your opportunity to grow your hospitality sales career in a dynamic environment that values creativity, collaboration, and results.

  • Support Primland’s revenue goals by managing leads and supporting senior sales managers with lead generation, proposals, and client follow-ups
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Curate and execute property site tours for potential clients to showcase hotel facilities and services
  • Coordinate with internal departments (catering, events, front office) to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Support and participate in daily calls with Sales Managers as needed
  • Support and participate in accurate reporting as requested by the Director of Sales
  • Accurately maintain and build a Delphi / Salesforce database of clients 
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including contracts, reports, etc.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the hotel’s values and image with professionalism
  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor, and conduct personal behavior in a mature and professional business manner while representing the company
  • This position is on-site only
  • Perform other duties as directed, developed, or assigned

Qualifications

  • 1–2 Years of Sales Experience
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners effectively
  • Familiarity with sales platforms and basic tech tools to manage leads and reporting
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks, deadlines, and client requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a hotel sales, front office, or event coordination role, preferred
  • Prior experience with Delphi, preferred
