Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Registrar (hybrid or remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervisory support for the Office of the Registrar, overseeing curriculum, catalog, graduation, and related systems
• Lead degree audit coding, curriculum processes, and development of the university academic catalog
• Manage graduation application and degree conferral processes, including diploma production and commencement activities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Registrar's office or related curriculum-focused role
• Knowledge of business processes related to curriculum, degree audit coding, and catalog production
• Extensive experience using and supporting student information systems
• Project management experience in designing and implementing systems for a registrar's office
• Advanced degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
