Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Digital Ordering - Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with various teams to grow the first-party SaaS product line through enablement materials and new GTM motions
• Synthesize feedback from frontline teams to influence product roadmaps and ensure solutions resonate with customers
• Design and launch experiments to test new GTM motions and improve internal processes

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, sales, or SaaS technology roles
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and execute with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Experience in high-growth or complex environments, with a track record of navigating ambiguity
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel required, SQL proficiency preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
