Associate Director of Health Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Health Plan Operations - Medicare Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee training, contracting, commissions, and sales support functions for the Medicare Sales Team
• Manage day-to-day operations and contribute to strategic initiatives within Health Plan operations
• Ensure compliance with CMS and AHCCCS regulations and develop standards, policies, and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible managerial experience in healthcare or a related field
• At least two years of management experience within a major health care organization or similar complex industry
• Expert-level knowledge of healthcare services and marketing principles
• Residency in Arizona is required for this position
