About the Role
This isn’t just any hiring role. As the Talent Acquisition & Hiring Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of Arya’s hiring process—ensuring we attract, evaluate, and onboard the best talent in the industry. You won’t be conducting interviews directly, but you will manage the entire pipeline from sourcing to onboarding using Workable. You’ll handle everything from posting job listings and screening candidates, to scheduling interviews and finalizing offer letters. This position is flexible and ideal for someone who thrives in an asynchronous environment—if you’re someone who excels at staying organized, managing multiple tasks at once, and keeping the hiring process running smoothly, this role is for you.
You’ll be the backbone of our hiring process, ensuring every step flows seamlessly and efficiently, while keeping a pulse on all applicants and maintaining the candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Screening
Post job listings, monitor applications, and screen candidates through Workable.
Assess resumes and profiles to ensure candidates meet our high standards.
Maintain an organized pipeline of applicants and communicate efficiently with them.
- Interview Coordination & Communication
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure candidates are well-prepared by sending them interview details and expectations.
Track interview feedback and follow up with candidates on next steps.
- Onboarding & Finalization
Send offer letters, manage the onboarding process, and ensure all documentation is completed.
Walk new hires through initial training steps and ensure a smooth transition into their role.
If necessary, help facilitate exit procedures and manage offboarding.
- Process Improvement & Organization
Keep track of the hiring pipeline with clear, concise documentation.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Ensure strong communication between hiring managers and candidates, and provide constant support throughout the process.

- Proactive & Responsive: You take the lead, managing multiple tasks at once, and you're always quick to respond—keeping the hiring process flowing.
- Tech-Savvy & Analytical: Comfortable using Workable, Google Suite, and other hiring tools to manage applicants and communicate effectively.
- Flexible: You can work asynchronously, checking in throughout the day to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (especially Workable) and job posting platforms like LinkedIn.
- Strong ability to analyze resumes and identify top talent.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in onboarding and managing documentation for new hires.
- Previous experience with remote work is a plus.
