Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive creative strategies for assigned imprints to ensure strong market positioning
• Design and art-direct high-impact book covers and interiors from concept to production
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and sales teams to align creative vision with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in book publishing design or a related creative field
• Proven expertise in graphic design, typography, and art direction
• Strong knowledge of bookmaking and printing processes, including prepress production
• Proficiency in Mac-based design tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
