A company is looking for an Art Director (Pharmaceutical Advertising) to create and oversee advertising materials for a pharmaceutical client's opioid use disorder treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive creative direction across digital, print, and video projects from initial concept to final execution
• Translate medical and strategic insights into compelling visual solutions that meet regulatory standards
• Mentor junior team members by offering constructive feedback and supporting their professional development

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in advertising, with a minimum of 4 years in healthcare advertising
• Proven ability to deliver creative concepts and refined execution across channels
• Experience leading creative teams and mentoring junior talent
• Comfortable navigating MLR processes and working within regulated guidelines
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with digital production tools
