As the Conversion Rate Optimization Lead at Array, you will be a foundational team member, building on the backbone of our products. You will work directly with leadership to define product strategy with a sharp focus on user testing, conversion optimization, and ROI improvements. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operational teams to build products that internal and external customers love.
This position will have an abbreviated interview process, and selected candidates will participate in a 6-week paid work trial environment as a contractor (40 hours a week). During this trial, you will act on ambiguous tasks, synthesize data, and work closely with the CEO and C-Suite. We can support 1099 or C2C for the trial period. Upon successful completion, we may extend an offer for full-time employment.
