Conversion Rate Optimization Lead - job 1 of 2

Array is a financial innovation platform that helps digital brands, financial institutions, and fintechs get compelling consumer products to market faster. We deliver a suite of credit and identity monitoring tools, privacy protection, and a financial ads marketplace via embeddable widgets or a clean, modern API. Our white-label offerings help drive revenue and increase engagement for our customers while empowering millions of consumers to achieve their financial goals.

As a remote-first company, we’re focused on providing opportunities for high-performing individuals to have a deep impact in the fast-growing fintech space. A clear mission, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a willingness to experiment empower us to deliver the best products for our clients and users.

As the Conversion Rate Optimization Lead at Array, you will be a foundational team member, building on the backbone of our products. You will work directly with leadership to define product strategy with a sharp focus on user testing, conversion optimization, and ROI improvements. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operational teams to build products that internal and external customers love.

This position will have an abbreviated interview process, and selected candidates will participate in a 6-week paid work trial environment as a contractor (40 hours a week). During this trial, you will act on ambiguous tasks, synthesize data, and work closely with the CEO and C-Suite. We can support 1099 or C2C for the trial period. Upon successful completion, we may extend an offer for full-time employment.

You Will:

  • Optimize the front-end experience to increase conversion rates, user engagement, and ROI.
  • Lead user testing initiatives to improve onboarding, application flows, and overall product usability.
  • Analyze user behavior and A/B test results to identify and remove barriers to conversion.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer acquisition, organic growth, and return on spend.
  • Collaborate across teams to align business goals, user needs, and product strategy.
  • Monitor key metrics (e.g., conversion rate, CAC) and develop actionable insights to boost performance.

You Have:

  • Strong experience in conversion rate optimization, with a focus on user engagement and ROI on a product in market.
  • Strong technical skills, including SQL, and the ability to synthesize and act on data independently.
  • Proven expertise in user testing, A/B testing, and optimizing consumer-facing experiences.
  • Demonstrated success in growing key metrics (e.g., conversion rate, monthly active users) through data-driven initiatives.
  • Experience working on B2B2C products, balancing business partner needs with end-user interactions.
  • Familiarity with product metrics like CAC and ROI, and experience improving performance without excessive reliance on paid ad spend.

Pay Transparency:
$80-$100 per hour for the trial period.

Expected interviews: Recruiter conversation - Code Signal: Product Data Analytics Framework - Meet the Product Manager - Operating Principles Interview - CEO conversation.
