Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Care Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and consultation to targeted members regarding disease states
• Make outbound calls to patients to educate on therapies and address non-adherence issues
• Collaborate with patients, prescribers, and other staff to address patient health outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and an active pharmacist license in the state of practice/residence
• Preferred: Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm D)
• Experience in approving and denying claims is required
