Join Aprio's Finance team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities.  Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Cash Management Specialist to join their dynamic team.


The Cash Management Specialist will partner with work with our Cash Receipt department, processing and allocating client payments and with our Cash Management department sending statements, and communication with client in regard to overdue accounts. In addition, this position will process client data updates in accordance with company policy.


Position Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input new client data into accounting software, ensuring information correctness and proper documentation filing.
  • Communicate with customers regarding overdue invoices via email, phone, and other channels; actively manage collections.
  • Facilitate payment processing, by verifying and recording receipts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Perform administrative duties including data entry, bill reminders, filing, and client communication regarding account inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and branches to ensure comprehensive customer care.
  • Provide accounting support as necessary.
  • Generate management-requested reports.
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in client data management
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Amenable to work night shift (Eastern Time Zone)
