Job Description

  • Handle customer requests related to billing issues, including refunds, subscription queries, cancellations, downgrades, and payment inconsistencies.

  • Ensure billing accuracy and compliance by working with billing platforms such as Stripe, 2CO, Chargebee, Cleverbridge, and Paddle for advanced troubleshooting.

  • Monitor the accuracy of deals in the CRM, ensuring correct pricing, subscription terms, and billing details before finalisation.

  • Prevent involuntary churn by tracking accounts, ensuring payments go through, and resolving declined transactions.

  • Analyse churn reasons and provide insights for retention strategies.

  • Evaluate deals and coordinate with the Sales team to ensure proper pricing and billing terms.

  • Adjust product settings to assist customers with their purchase experience.

  • Collaborate with billing providers and internal teams (Support, Customer Success, and Sales) to handle escalations efficiently.

  • Support operational efficiency by following internal processes and ensuring timely completion of daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Experience working with billing platforms and troubleshooting payment-related issues.

  • Ability to monitor and validate deal accuracy in CRM to ensure correct billing data.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to liaise with customers and internal teams.

  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise efficiently.

  • Prior experience in a customer support, operations, or billing-related role is highly preferred.

  • A background in finance or SaaS billing operations is an advantage.
