Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applied Data Scientist to focus on statistical and mathematical modeling of time series data, particularly related to inflation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement statistical and mathematical models for time series data
• Conduct applied AI research and deploy AI solutions in real-world settings
• Design scalable algorithms and improve algorithm efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with an AI/Optimization focus
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML algorithms and frameworks
• Proficiency in programming with Python and C++; CUDA experience is a plus
• Strong foundation in mathematics, including linear algebra, probability, and optimization theory
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
