Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst - Healthcare IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve incoming ServiceNow tickets related to supported applications
• Maintain and support multiple systems or complex software applications across client sites
• Collaborate virtually with colleagues across departments and client practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience (including 1 year technical experience) or Associate's degree and 7 years of experience (including 1 year technical experience)
• Proven experience in systems analysis and technical support
• Exposure to both custom-developed and vendor-supplied applications
• Familiarity with system design principles and software development methodologies
• Healthcare IT experience highly desired
