Trainee Production Planning and Control (f/m/x)

In your role as a Trainee in Production Planning and Control (f/m/x), you will support our experienced production planning team, learn efficient production planning methods, and serve as a central technical/organizational interface within the production department. • Independent capacity planning for multiple production departments and on-time scheduling of production orders
• Ensuring the availability of personnel, materials, and machinery for optimal production processes
• Planning production volumes, delivery dates, and batch sizes in close alignment with production goals
• Acting as an interface and main point of contact between production, purchasing, and related departments
• Supporting the introduction of new products and manufacturing technologies
• Preparing analyses, statistics, and production KPIs for monitoring and control

• Completed technical education (e.g. apprenticeship with master craftsman exam, technical college, bachelor’s degree)
• Initial professional experience in a production environment and SAP knowledge are advantageous
• Proficient in German and good command of English
• Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 2.700 to € 3.100.
