ABOUT THE TEAM

The Business Systems team is responsible for building and improving the many systems and internal technologies that enables Anduril to accomplish its mission. Anduril’s supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, field maintenance, manufacturing, and many more teams rely on the technology built and maintained by us. We work across the company to ensure we have the tools and capabilities necessary for mission success.

ABOUT THE TEAM

We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for working within the Anduril Acquisition team and future acquisition companies to identify their current engineering PLM process, engineering tools and change management process. Through the identification and mapping of different processes and tools against Anduril standards you will create a migration plan that enables the acquisition to be aligned and effective as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning engineering, operations, manufacturing, accounting, finance, and more to establish a plan and schedule for the migration of data, training and licensing based on the business needs. You must have a high level of empathy and pragmatism working with a acquisition that going through significant changes and they need your help to become effect as quickly as possible. 

WHAT YOU"LL DO

  • Partner with internal/external customers to identify needs, confirm technical feasibility, foster stakeholder alignment and collaboration to deliver best in class solutions to our business.
  • Understanding of engineering tools, what they are, how they are used, how they interact: CAD, CAE, PLM, etc.
  • Developing migration plans and creating actionable tasks by crafting comprehensive timelines and tasks that are digestible by business and tech teams.
  • Influence and negotiate prioritized delivery across various technology teams to migrate designs, drawings, data for the Engineering Teams.
  • Partner with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate system tools and product solutions into the company's ecosystem.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • BS Degree in some hardware engineering discipline (ME, EE, etc)
  • 2+ years Experience with engineering tools and PLM systems. (Team Center. Enovia, Oracle/SAP PLM, CAD, CAE)
  • Strong analytical skills to assess engineering and PLM needs.
  • Structured Communication – must communicate across a broad range of functions and within several levels in the organization. Excellent business and technical communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to convey messages in a persuasive manner and at the appropriate level of detail.
  • Business Acumen – our program manager must have a deep understanding of how software tools impact engineering business outcomes.
  • 2+ Project management experience.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities – must be able to make recommendations and strategies using fact-based analysis and proven methodologies, such as systems thinking, five whys, decision trees, etc.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of partnering with stakeholders while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data.
  • Ability to be in-office full time and willingness to travel up to 25-50% to visit other sites.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Experience managing contract workers and driving their deliverables to close.
  • Proficiency in data migration and system integration.
  • Familiarity with merger and acquisition processes.
  • Deep and broad expertise with cloud-based PLMs and/or Engineering Tools
US Salary Range
$124,000$186,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
