Position Overview

The Content Marketing Manager creates, implements, and manages content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate leads. This role involves developing high-quality content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, use cases, and social media.  The Content Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies to achieve marketing objectives, increase brand visibility, and drive lead generation

  • Create compelling and engaging content for multiple channels, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, white papers, case studies, videos, infographics, and newsletters

  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities and gaps

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business goals, target audience personas, and product/service offerings to create relevant and impactful content

  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic rankings and increase website traffic

  • Manage and maintain editorial calendars to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery

  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field

  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Experience with content creation and management tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, or similar platforms

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools
