The role

You are a Senior Full-Stack Support Engineer with more than enough experience to work independently on investigating and solving bugs that cause our customers issues. Problems intrigue you and like a detective you deep dive into logs and code across services and databases, to find root causes and possibly a way to fix them immediately. Unblocking customers makes you happy, and making code better in the process gives you a thrill.

You will join our support squad, working closely with the support manager and other support engineers, solving bugs and issues that our customers have, thereby making a real impact on the world.

For this role, you will need

  • 6+ years of full stack experience in application development
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues and optimise system performance
  • Excellent debugging skills, especially with AWS Cloudwatch
  • Great communication skills, including being proficient in English, to be able to collaborate closely with other engineers and product managers
  • Extensive experience with AWS, Node, Postgres and Vue
  • Strong proficiency in Javascript and Typescript.
  • Experience with TDD / automated testing (Vitest, Mocha).

  • This is a full-time remote position.

Interview process

Our interview process consists of three stages:

  • The Role Fit Interview is an initial discussion to determine if there is mutual alignment between your skills, experience, and our company’s needs.
  • The Technical Interview assesses your ability to debug complex issues, explain solutions clearly, implement fixes, and write robust tests.
  • The Cultural Interview evaluates your collaboration skills, sense of ownership, and alignment with our company’s values and long-term vision.
