We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team in New Orleans. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting project planning, execution, and completion by ensuring effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and workflows

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure timely project delivery

  • Track project performance and maintain comprehensive documentation

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal and external stakeholders

  • Monitor project risks and issues and help develop solutions

  • Schedule and attend meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items

  • Support the project team in administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
