Reboot Staff is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our administrative team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our daily office activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

  • Support other departments with administrative tasks and coordination

  • Ensure the office remains organized, clean, and welcoming

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative training preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
