We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and materials that promote our brand, support internal goals, and engage new and existing clients. This position is best suited for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills who are eager to grow within a fast-paced marketing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional materials

  • Support the development of content for print and digital channels

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities

  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align messaging and outreach

  • Manage inventory of marketing materials and support logistics for events and promotions

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus
