Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Columbus, OH. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop strong client relationship management skills and play a vital role in supporting account operations. You will work closely with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing a portfolio of client accounts under the supervision of senior representatives

• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery

• Help prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for client meetings

• Track client feedback and support the resolution of issues in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate and updated records of all client communications and transactions

• Identify opportunities to improve service or add value to client relationships

• Support client onboarding processes and follow up on project timelines and deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of professionalism and accountability
