Job Description:
The Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events for Captura Hall. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop a career in event management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional events.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Handle logistics, including coordinating schedules, transportation, and accommodations for events.
Help prepare event materials and documentation.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces.
Monitor event progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event planning or related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
