Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to start their career in sales and business development. The Sales Assistant will work closely with our sales team to support lead generation, client outreach, and overall sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities

• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems

• Support the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals

• Communicate with clients via email and phone to schedule meetings and follow up on inquiries

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
