Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role involves entering and managing data accurately while providing prompt and courteous customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and has strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and transaction data in company databases

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone or email and provide timely, helpful responses

• Maintain data confidentiality and ensure all records are up-to-date

• Resolve data discrepancies and coordinate with other departments as needed

• Generate and manage reports related to customer interactions and data trends

• Support daily administrative and operational tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

• Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles

• Strong typing skills with high attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
