Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Customer Support Assistant to join our Raleigh-based office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to clients and customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless communication experience. This is a key position in our organization that requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions
Assist with troubleshooting customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Provide administrative support, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and file management
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
