Sociaxe is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role involves providing professional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless service experience. You will play an essential role in maintaining positive relationships with our clients and contributing to our customer success initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving product or service issues

  • Document all interactions and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary

  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times

  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
