Responsibilities

• Assist with order processing and follow-up on pending issues.

• Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
