Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process orders, returns, and transactions as needed
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
