Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team at Sonar Spark. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain customer records and update information in the database.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient problem resolution.

  • Assist in handling product returns and exchanges.

  • Provide information on products, services, and promotions to customers.

  • Ensure that customer interactions are handled with courtesy and professionalism.

  • Monitor and report customer feedback to improve service delivery.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher is a plus.

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
