Job Description:

Signal Tru Brand is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting various messaging initiatives across departments. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to project management.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, edit, and proofread written communications including press releases, internal memos, email updates, and client correspondence

• Support the development and implementation of communication strategies

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

• Monitor and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and clarity

• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders

• Maintain records of communications and documentation for future reference

• Coordinate logistics for communication-related events or meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Previous experience in a communications or client-facing role is preferred
