Beloform is currently seeking a Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our New York team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who is dependable, articulate, and passionate about helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

  • Document customer interactions in the system accurately

  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times

  • Meet performance targets and call center KPIs

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

  • Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
