Job Description:
Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information and support based on client needs
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow call center procedures and scripts as needed
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Meet or exceed performance and quality standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in basic computer skills and call center software
