Job Description
Hype Tier is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and possess strong communication and administrative skills. This role will support day-to-day office operations and ensure that the administrative needs of the team are met with professionalism and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for team members
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations
