Job Description:
Sonar Spark is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in client relations and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain assigned client accounts with professionalism and accuracy

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on client needs

• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver effective client solutions

• Track account activity, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records

• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 1+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
