We are looking for a driven and strategic Non-Gaming Growth Lead to spearhead our partnerships in non-gaming sectors. In this role, you will lead a high-performing sales team, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through exceptional account management and strategic initiatives.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic non-gaming accounts
Develop and execute tailored account strategies aligned with client needs and business objectives
Mentor, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed KPIs
Identify and implement scalable workflows, tools, and best practices to optimize account management
Evaluate and advocate for product enhancements to support client success and revenue growth
Expertise in strategic relationship management and account development
Leadership experience with a proven ability to build, mentor, and manage teams
Strong analytical skills to monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and meet revenue goals
Proficiency in streamlining processes and implementing tools to improve efficiency and outcomes
