This is a U.S.-based remote position. San Francisco Bay Area employees are highly encouraged to come into the office one day a week.


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Serve as a proactive, trusted HR partner to AllTrails employees and leadership across the organization
  • Drive key People programs such as  engagement survey analysis and action planning, building a feedback culture, supporting the performance review process, talent planning, learning and development, crafting meaningful recognition offerings and embedding our values across everything we do
  • Manage AllTrail’s global Contractor Program
  • Administer AllTrails’  employee benefits programs and open enrollment, ensuring  employee understanding and managing our broker relationship.
  • Support foundational HR operations while identifying opportunities to streamline and improve our processes and policies


Requirements:
  • 4-6 years experience as an HRBP 
  • Prior experience as a benefit administrator or specialist responsible for benefit insurance selection, administration and vendor management 
  • Prior success in building and refining HR policies and programs 
  • Strong EQ, with proactive HR problem-solving instincts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and growth mindset
  • Detail-oriented and proven experience using data to inform people programs and decisions


Bonus Points:
  • A clear understanding of HR laws in the US
  • Experience with Rippling and Lattice
  • Experience with self-funded health insurance
  • Passion for the outdoors

$135,000 - $175,000 a year

A successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on various factors such as skills, experience, training and credentials, as well as other business purposes or needs.  It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range of their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors and circumstances of each case.
