Senior Manager, HR Projects & Process Excellence plans, directs, and implements a range of HR programs related to HR management, employee development and customer service to ensure that HR programs enable the organization to achieve its long-term goals
As a Senior Manager, HR Projects & Process Excellence, you’ll work with the Centre of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Reward, HR Controlling, Talent Management & Learning and Development), HRBPs, Chief HR Officer and map out and prioritize their initiatives and roadmaps driving People strategy to execution.
Your main responsibilities
Building a specialized unit from scratch to support the People and Culture department, which is facing challenges arising from dynamic development, business growth and M&A Processes
Working closely with Chief HR Officer, HR Centre of Excellence teams and HRBPs implement program and project planning tools including business case and scope management, benefits tracking, project delivery quality management, change management milestone tracking
Driving process and operations improvement initiatives
Proposing the KPIs and success matrix for each project
Creating synergies between implementing changes
Drives the execution of HR-related projects and programs
Ensures that HR projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
Tracks, monitors and reports on HR program and project progress to ensure successful execution
Managing change, implementing and communicating calendar for HR projects
Creating documents for People Quarterly Business Reviews, Board of Directors reviews, quarterly area meetings and other initiatives

This is the right job for you, if
You have experience in delivery of end to end projects and managed portfolio of initiatives, managing programs would be an asset
You are experienced in process mapping, process optimisation and process engineering
You display proven strong execution capability: stand-alone, able to prioritize, create solutions and devise action plans, negotiate for resources and support, drive collaboration and manage stakeholders to make and deliver to commitments through structured and pragmatic organizational processes
You have well developed strategic thinking capability: able to connect the dots from different sources, clarify a problem, analyse different possible scenarios, apply both logical and creative skills to work out the recommended solution
You present high flexibility and agility to be able to deliver in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-volume environment, ability to be strategic and tactical when needed
You are able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in fast changing environment
You are proficient with Google suite, collaboration and project management tools
You have a proven track record of negotiation conducted
You communicate fluently in English and Polish with strong communication structure in writing and speaking
