Summary
The Senior Manager of Inductions, Acquisitions & Retirements is responsible for oversight of Allegiant Air aircraft while they are undergoing maintenance and repair or induction modifications at contract repair stations, vendors or agencies as well as aircraft retirements.

Job Duties
•Monitor contract agencies and vendors accomplishing work on Allegiant Air aircraft or aircraft added to Allegiant Air’s fleet to ensure that all maintenance is accomplished in accordance with FAR’s, Allegiant Air’s and manufacturer’s policies and procedures.
•Coordinate with Maintenance Planning, Material Services and Quality Control to comply with Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins on aircraft in work at contract agencies or vendors.
•Monitor aircraft delivery sequence of events including, but not limited to, delivery inspections of the aircraft for standardization and airworthiness.
•Work directly with the lessor and maintenance agency to resolve all delivery problems.
•Participate in any progress meetings that the contract agencies or vendors hold to cover Allegiant Air aircraft.
•Relay all major work scope changes and additional time and cost factors to the Vice President of Maintenance/Engineering, Vice President of Fleet Planning, Director of Maintenance and Director of Quality for company planning and budget dates.
•Coordinate with the vendor’s Maintenance Supervisors and Allegiant Air management personnel in setting and revising the aircraft maintenance release times.
•Coordinate with the Vice President of Maintenance/Engineering and the Vice President of Fleet Planning regarding the identification, survey, work scope preparation, cost analysis, outside contractor requirements and management, vendor interface and follow-up of all aircraft added to the Allegiant Air’s fleet.
•Provide assistance to the Manager of Heavy Maintenance to ensure Allegiant’s heavy maintenance projects are completed in a safe, compliance, efficient and cost effective manner.
•Coordinate pre-induction maintenance program audits.
•Ensure any direct reports understand and apply our Customer Commitment and customer service standards to their daily responsibilities as appropriate.
•Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
