Provisioning Onboarding Specialist

 

**On-site Requirements: Hybrid, 3 days per week in our Andover, MA office

ALKU is looking for someone to be part of the Provisioning team. This person will support the logistics, set-up, and onboarding of incoming hires at the company. The role will reside in the Enterprise Technology department rolling up under the corporate umbrella and will report to the Provisioning Technology Manager.  This person will handle various tasks including tracking new hire details, onboarding logistics, relationship building with the Talent umbrella, and continuing to develop the new hire onboarding process. This person must be organized and handle multiple tasks to collaborate with other departments to meet deadlines.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assign employees appropriate equipment based on role and requirements.
  • Create user accounts and credentials on necessary platforms, compile new hire documentation for employee’s first day
  • Collaborate with IT vendor to ensure equipment is up to date and equipped with necessary tools
  • Ownership o user accounts in the phone platform (maintenance of user profiles, account types, and phone configurations)
  • Track Intern & Full-Time hire information across seven office locations, 6 virtual training centers, and update trackers accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the Hardware team on equipment needs based on projected hires and equipment inventory.
  • Work alongside Provisioning Coordinators with shipping, audits, role changes, promotions, terminations, division splits/rebrands, and cleaning equipment.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift, up to 25 pounds at times. 

Education and Experience:

Not required but preferred

  • College diploma or equivalent
  • Customer Service experience
