Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Broker responsible for supporting brokers in managing and growing profitable business through technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with brokers to ensure client satisfaction and strategic market placement for commercial accounts
• Analyzes risk exposures and coverage needs, exercising judgment to place risks with optimal carriers
• Drives revenue growth through lead generation and meticulous account management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management
• 5+ years of experience in Wholesale Brokerage, Commercial Insurance Sales, or Underwriting with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree preferred
• State P&C and/or surplus line license is required
